Configuration File

To download a configuration file template users just need to run: ``nextflow run fmalmeida/ngs-preprocess [--get_config]``

Using a config file your code is a lot more cleaner and concise: ``nextflow run fmalmeida/ngs-preprocess -c [path-to-config]``
